I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Aflac in Oct 2014
Interview
I initially reached out to the company through linkedin when I was studying to get my Resident Health Producer's license for another insurance company. They gave a handful of people a brief seminar on just what Aflac did and asked if we wanted to be hired at the end of the presentation. Following this, I interviewed with a Regional Sales Coordinator. It appears they will take anyone who is dedicated and has Insurance Producer's licenses.

Question 1
What would you say when someone says "No. We're not interested."
It was a very odd process. They conduct their interviews in groups which I’ve never seen before. Honestly they seem desperate to me which I did not like. It is also all commissioned based with no salary. Very awkward to ask questions since it’s done in a group.
Met with district regional manager, in person interview, business professional attire. typical interview questions (i.e. strengths, weaknesses, how do you communicate with people, etc). Overall, not difficult and this was for an internship.
sat with multiple people going through the process. It was just the info session, but it was informative. invited to go through another round of interviews, but did not proceed.
