Agile Actors Java Software Engineer interview questions

I went through a two-step interview process that turned out to be a really positive experience. The first round was an HR interview where we talked about my background, career goals, and a few situational questions — like how I handle conflicts with colleagues and where I see myself in the future. It felt more like an open conversation than a formal interview, which helped me relax and be myself. The second round was technical and focused on my experience with Spring Boot MVC. I worked together with the interviewer on a debugging task that involved identifying performance issues and fixing some bugs. It was collaborative and practical, and I really appreciated how engaging and hands-on it was. Overall, both interviewers were incredibly kind, polite, and helpful.
