Interview set up via campus website. Met one-to-one with one of their employees, asked me questions ranging from hardware to software, pretty much based on everything on my resume.
It was good experience connecting with equal minded people which makes ease of interview, there is no compelling, it is Effective also productive, it was professional, went smooth and onpoint

Recruiter was horribly unresponsive and
lacked attention to detail. Left a very unprofessional second impression.
Hiring manager was awesome however. Very friendly, quick, and seemed detail-oriented. Interview with them went well and smooth.
Recruiter requested to schedule get to know call. Walked through current status. Hiring manager called to discuss the resume and give an overview of the position and expectations. Next was technical round to find bugs and better way of writing code.
