4 step process with No technical tests or design challenges. Just talking through portfolio. Just 4 interviews which were mainly conversational. Recruiter, design manager, cpo then founder. All completed in a week.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Ailo
Interview
Very negative first impression. The first contact sounded like a terminator - reading a script? - and the initial call will be over before you know it. There really was none of the charms to entice you to work at Ailo. Very bad 'face' to the company. You may have questions about the vague zombie assignment they give you, and they will not be responsive. Eventually, you just make up own assumptions and spend a few hours completing this assignment, only to get the worst, non-constructive feedback on your code, and that's it. Done. The world's not fair, there are better places out there.

Question 1
Do you have any questions about the Zombie assignment? If you do, I won't answer you anyway.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ailo (Sydney) in Jul 2022
Interview
The interviewer didn't bother giving more information about the company and the role.
The whole interview was pretty much me talking about everything I've been doing. Very little about Ailo, and When I asked to give more information, the interviewer seemed very surprised that interviewees would ask these questions?
