Simple. Background check no drug test. Management sucks but the oldest employees are great. Turnover rate is super high never know who you’ll be working with. Half the employees can’t even carry a tray

Interview
3 stages, met with F&B Manager, Assistant Director Operations, Executive Chef/General Manager. All were excellent except final interview where I was belittled by chef and gm. A higher position opened that I was also qualified for and I expressed interest which they spent the entire interview telling me how I was unqualified. I got the lower job but was way overqualified so went with a different offer that paid significantly more.
