Began with online application, waited 6 months for invite to do Einterview (recorded on home computer by robot), a year later I updated resume and submitted online again. 6 months further invited to in person and in depth medical.
3 psych evals, background check, drug test and very specific references.
3 months later job offer to start in 1 months time.
