I applied online in March and received a phone call from a recruiter in May. Only general background checked. And he told me they will tell me if I can get a phone interview within one week. But I received a decline letter two days later.

Phone interview and FaceTime interview due to covid. Went in person to view site and see laboratory. Asked about prior experience and comfort ability handling hazardous materials. Once I received the offer from the recruiter we went forward with a background check and screening.
