I feel like the team didn't even have an internal agreement about what kind of economist/data scientist with which specialization they wanted to hire. One interviewer asked if I would be willing to do X, another one asked if I am good at Y (where X and Y were very different fields). One cannot hire a worker if they don't know what they are looking for in a candidate in the first place. And if anybody could do both X and Y they would never accept the company's salary offer. The interviewers were super unclear about what I would be working on in the team.

Un entretien avec le responsable du projet qui au début présente les exes de recherche, puis quelques questions sur mon parcours. Enfin quelque questions techniques sur des problématiques propres au projet et quelles solutions/modèle j'aurais utilisé.

excellent échange, aussi bien technique que quali, en somme interessant, dommage pour la suite car en effet il est nécessaire de continuer à connaitre la boite et son équipe. aussi bien sur le stack, ambiance, daily life, happiness manager
