I applied online, the process took a few weeks. I had a screening call, a take home assessment, & values interview with three different employees. The process was pretty straight forward, nothing super surprising along the process. The values interview isn't difficult but the interviewers stick to their set list of questions and hardly move away from those, which makes it difficult to gauge their actual interest in you - seems somewhat robotic.

How do you apply diversity in your day to day work interactions
The interview process is nice. Friendly people and a clear process make it pleasant. You also learn about the company and its future plans for the market. The job description is also clear.
