In total I did four interviews, the first three were over Skype/Phone and the last one consisted of going to the Dublin offices to be interviewed by three different people separately (Three Trust and Safety Team Leads). The interviews were done very well and comprehensive feedback was provided for all the Skype/Phone interviews. Note this entire process was over the course of 4 weeks. The final interview, which was face to face with three separate people, was also very good and I was made feel quite welcome in the offices. However I never received feedback afterwards, and after a month of hearing nothing I asked what the situation was via email; Unfortunately the answer I received was that they would not provide me with any feedback until they wanted to move forward with the process. Three months later and I have never heard anything. This is extremely unprofessional and I feel it should be pointed out.
