Didn’t end up getting the job, but everyone was nice and responsive. Asked DEIB questions in the interview which I was not prepared for, but loved! No real structure in the ops interview. Very conversational

Very transparent process. You know within each interview conversation if you will be advancing to the next round. Warm, friendly staff and an easy booking process to select interview time.

Recruiter screen via phone call, pretty basic. Standard questions about background and knowledge in operations. Didn’t know a ton about the specific role. Rejected quickly after although qualified for the role.
Received an email request for interview fairly quickly- within days of applying. Did a phone interview with Human Resources coordinator. During phone screen, they spoke about company, role, and then my experience and educational background.
