Very clear interview process. Recruiter contacted me after an internal referral and I had my phone screen scheduled for a few days later. After finishing my first interview, the recruiter called me right back to schedule the next round. I noticed that the recruiting team is very responsive and makes sure the candidate is informed throughout the process and aware of where they are in the hiring process. My next round was the phone interview with the hiring manager, questions were very focused on situational decision making and overall background. Again, very fast turnaround on receiving feedback to having my next round scheduled. For my on-site interview I had 6 different meetings with various execs and employees followed by a dinner which allowed me to ask some cultural questions and get to know the team from a personal perspective.
