Firstly they took a written test and later on upon scrutiny they have called for a face to face. Written test covers basics of mechanical engineering design concepts. Interview will be focusing more on technical basics, previous experience

Just some simple questions and not any detail question. The people did not come to interview properly with slippery and a hole in socks. It was very unproffesional. I realy does not recommend the interview process.
