Applied online and they reached out. I went through several rounds of interviews including a technical assessment. Don't waste your time; their interview process is a mess. I almost feel like they don't know how to conduct an interview. I don't think they even know how to use their own hiring software. They had trouble sending me my scheduled interview times through the platform they use. What should've been a good solid 2-3 interviews to assess a candidate, was drawn to 5+ interviews! Their technical assessment looked like it was thrown together at the last minute.
