One to One (SM/AD/D) - Flexibility, interest in the organization - Why do you need to switch, etc.. 5.HR Discussion -Usual Hr question and compensations discussion. After clearing all these rounds, Candidate won't get any proper response from HR, Even if you try to contact them, they won't have any clear answer. I don't know then Why are they contacting interview and wasting candidate's time.
