Alcon Manager, Human Resources Project/Program Management interview questions

I was contacted by a recruiter for the Manager, Human Resources Project/Program Management position, and had an initial conversation. In the initial conversation, the recruiter let me know that the team was onsite 4 days a week, a relocation package wasn't available and that the they would get back to me with next steps within a week. I haven't heard back from the recruiter, even after emailing them for an update. It is simple to send an automatic "Not selected" email instead they choose to ghost a potential candidate.
