Aldrich Capital Partners interview questions

first round was 20 min call, then 30 min zoom interview with VP, then 30 min case (HBS case) with partner, then final round superday in person in McLean office. Excessively imo; nice team but generally find the pay to be extremely underwhelming (sub 80k)

I was initially contacted by a talent recruiter through LinkedIn, leading to a productive conversation where they outlined the role and responsibilities. Following that discussion, I was invited for an in-person interview with the managing partner. During the interview, I found it surprising that the managing partner did not ask questions about how I could best support him or the team. Instead, the focus was primarily on the size of one of my previous employers. The meeting concluded with plans to schedule a Zoom call with another managing partner. After sending a thank-you note and a reminder about the upcoming Zoom call, I did not receive a response for over a week. Eventually, the talent recruiter informed me that they had decided to pursue other candidates. While I appreciate the opportunity to interview, I am ultimately relieved to have been declined. I seek a workplace that values effective communication and demonstrates a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
