Indifferent about the entire process but it was fine. I can't complain really. They asked for standard stuff. Waiting on a call back from the company to know if I got it or not.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at All You Need (Berlin) in Apr 2015
Interview
Got a phone call with the manager. Basically go through my resume and ask some of my opinions about E-commerce. Easy and straightforward. Since this company wants to expand its Chinese market, it seeks specifically Chinese students who study in Germany. One German student referred this job to me.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at All You Need in Feb 2014
Interview
The interview process is pretty straightforward.
1. Application
2. Initial phone interview
3. Onsite interview
I was rejected at phone interview, so not sure about 1:1 interview.
On phone interview, first they went through my CV, experience, education, etc. Couple of general questions on web technologies, some important tools, couple of java specific questions. Nothing difficult, just to feel what i know and how i explain it.
The sound transmission was bad though, i struggled to hear them and had to ask twice. This was a bit disturbing.
I kindly asked them for a feedback, though unfortunately, didn't get any response. That's their right to do so.
The overall process was good and didn't take too long.
