    Interview

    1st round phone interview.
I was asked at the end of the call if I could come in for an onsite interview the following week. I said I would be available and they would confirm a time and date the day after. I never received a confirmation. I followed up with an email the following week but never received a response. I then received an email 2 weeks later to say I had been unsuccessful on the phone interview. The worst candidate experience I have ever had.

    Interview

Applied on their portal site and got a call from HR a month later. She had a few HR questions after which she gave me an interview time within the week. The interview was competency based and was supposed to last 45 minutes although it lasted a bit longer. Very good engaging interview and nothing to trip you up as long as you prepare for the competency questions.

1- PHONE CALL - HR called asking about previous experience, education and APA certificates.

3 - Interview - 2 Managers (I discover that one of them was my actual bank manager later when I started), asked simple questions basically the same as in the phone but they asked about my voluntary work as well.
