Allstate automated system is ridiculous. They clearly use a robo system. You can't possibly review a cover letter, completed application and resume with any amount of care in less than 10 minutes.

Interview
Initial communication with the company came through a job positing through my careers website for my University. I had a phone interview with a outsourced recruiter. About 1 week later I was contacted via email to schedule a phone interview with audit senior from Allstate. We talked for about 45 minutes. 1 week later I had been scheduled for an onsite interview. I met with 3 directors and another senior auditor. The interviews took about an hour and 15 minutes each. I got an offer the next day. I accepted.
