Just simple questions to get to know you and wanted to know about your experiences. Where you went to school, what your strengths and weaknesses are. Where do you see yourself in 5 years. Why did you pick to work at here and why did you choose to work in the claims department.

I applied online. Then I got a call to set up a phone interview. The phone interview went well. I had to do an online psych test, had a face-to-face with 2 people - 45 minutes - followed by a tour of office. I found all of the people involved very friendly and helpful.

Interview
I applied online and heard back within a few days. Then I was asked to fill out a survey/personality test. Next I had a phone interview. Then a week or so went by and had an in person interview.
