I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Allstate (Northbrook, IL) in Dec 2015
Interview
A week after applying I got an email to complete an automated phone interview. A machine asks you questions and then records your answer. The questions are very simple and most answers can be found on your resume. It took them about a week for them to contact me again.
I recently went through an interview process that was professional, structured, and insightful. The conversation felt respectful and engaging, with clear communication, thoughtful questions, and a genuine interest in my experience.

Very quick and friendly people. Fast paced with moderately difficult questions. There was a case study, if you know how to organize data and VLOOKUP it will be a breeze.
