Interview
From submitting an application on "jobs.com" to being called by a recruiter at Allstate took around 1 business week.
After I met with the recruiter, the process from end-to-end took around 4 business weeks.
Overall not a bad experience. The immediate hire team/ leadership were smart, engaging and professional but the HR coordinator was not very knowledgable about the role.

Video Interview with pre-recorded questions (4) Invite to panel interview over Zoom Interview with Manager Each round only 4 questions were asked, which was a first time. Used to lots of questions in a short period of time. So use STAR method and be intentional about answers.

Process took about 2 weeks. Phone interview with recruiter followed by an interview with hiring team followed by interview with team I'd be working with. Interview included a PowerPoint presentation (topic given by hiring manager) and questions about past rotations, personality, questions to see if I was the right "fit" for the team.

Interview
The interview process took about 2 weeks. Phone screen with recruiter, in person interview with hiring team, presentation on a topic manager gave me, excel test to see my skill level and interview/question panel with team I'd be working with. Overall a pleasant experience interviewing. Presentation was very easy, just needed to practice my presentation a few times before I presented in front of the group.
