Alltech Consulting Services interview questions

A gentleman with a strong Indian accent contacted me persistently via email and phone, excitedly discussing a job opportunity that seemed tailored to my qualifications. I decided to entertain the call and promptly sent my resume. However, the individual quickly sent me a comprehensive form requesting a significant amount of personal information, typically not requested until a formal job offer is extended. I declined to provide such information upfront, which seemed to agitate and pressure him. In the end, I hung up the phone and decided to move on, as this interaction raised suspicions of potential scam activity.

Had a recruiter reach out to me multiple times and responded to their emails, but no response. Eventually they called me and scheduled an interview decided to give it a shot. The first interview was straight technical, the interviewer had their camera off and just looked for keywords in answers and made it as uncomfortable as possible, was absurdly technical despite being advertised as entry-level. The recruiter seemed kind, but they need better interviewers, as it makes the company seem bad.
