Interview
What a joke. They hire by the truckload. It does not matter how you present yourself, they are going to hire you regardless. They did a group interview in which 3 out of 5 people could not read, formulate a coherent sentence, or even hear them (low talkers) and they got hired. I'm assuming this is a way to hold leverage over new employees who object to the way things are run. The mentality seems to be "if you don't like it here no sweat, there is someone else waiting to take your place".
The hiring process was quick, was called 2-3 days after applying for an interview. Typing test is apart of the hiring process must pass in order to move forward. There’s a first and second interview, in my case I was able to do both on the same day.

The interview process was your capabilities to pass their test online multiple test actully that you are indeed timed on. You are in a room with a bunch of other applicants trying to pass the tests and they try to have it at a fast pace because they need so many in so little time. If you pass you're hired and you choose your training and schedule

Group interview rather uncomfortable. Interviewers had less experience than most people being interviewed. You can get hired the same day. They give an Oral swab drug test that day
