Interview
It was an all day type of interview, mostly waiting. We started out in a group and we were given a rundown of what to expect. We were asked to select which company we would answer phones for and had to read through a script with one of the employees. After that everyone had to take a test over the history of the company. There was also a drug test on the spot and I was sent to listen to a call on the floor. Afterwards there was a one on one interview. The entire thing took at least 6 hours. Be prepared to wait.
1. Over the phone screening after that they will proceed immediately with the initial interview.
2. Once you have passed the initial interview, they will schedule your final interview.
3. After the final interview they will immediately tell you the result.

The process was very easy. It was a phone interview and they asked very simple questions. The questions was about your experience and if you had the necessary requirements for the job.
