      CSR Interview

      Jun 21, 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Tulsa, OK
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Alorica (Tulsa, OK) in Mar 2018

      Interview

Very formal but comfortable. It was kind of a lengthy process. I went in and did typing tests on a computer as well as tests showing that I could listen to customer. Next I met with a recruiter answered some questions and did more computer testing to see what training I qualified for. Afterwards I interviewed with a manager for the department they wanted to put me in. I was then kind of shuffled back to the original recruiter I interviewed with who gave me the paperwork of an offer of employment. I accepted and started training only a couple weeks later. However I was not told how extremely strict they are during training. We did have several people walk out during the first day and never come back. I myself ended up sick the third day of training and was fired even though I had a doctor's note and had gone through all the channels to properly call in and explain the situation. Again I'm not saying this is a bad thing I'm only giving you the facts so you can be prepared. Oh! And the entire process was done in one day but took three to four hours. If you have kids you better have a sitter for that entire day! I'm now interviewing at a different location extremely excited especially since the Joplin location is way nicer then the Tulsa location. Plus my recruiter acted and it unprofessional borderline sexual harassment way asking me several times to join him for lunch or dinner. Thank you
