I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Alorica (Magna, UT) in Mar 2014
Interview
Once resume submitted, you will be getting a call within a day or so about your illegibility to work for the company. You will be asked to run a personality test and job quality test. Then you can qualify for an one on one interview with a prospecting company in the building. The company with in the facility will be interviewed twice by two different supervisors. The interviews are pretty standard, asking why you want to work for them, what are your prospects, and what if questions. After both interviews and if approved to move on to the final steps, a drug and maybe a background check will be conducted to finalize the interviews. If the background check was done before hand, you may be welcomed to the company right then and there and will work with you on a proper schedule that best suits you and them. Be prepared to make some sacrifices on your schedule, because they may not be able to pull strings.

Question 1
The personality questionnaire will be the hardest part, as you must answer the strict questions to qualify. Like what you would do in some situations or how you generally act. The real interview is very basic interview and is more open ended.
pretty easy interview process. just one interview and no technical question at all. Like they are there with mindset of hiring you. Just ask for availability and you will be good to join from noonday
