Interview
Had one phone interview that took about 15-20 minutes. General questions about customer service experience and past work experience, and a couple hypothetical scenarios handling customers and any specific examples from your previous work handling difficult scenarios or customers. Interview concluded with a brief explanation as to what specific client the position was for, and set expectations for future communication via email. I was offered a job immediately and accepted, and all other communication regarding training, scheduling, and recieving work from home equipment was via email.
