The interview process is truly different by position and location with no corporate standards. There are more consistency for entry level applications that are applying for the same program that has business in several locations. Alorica was not very good communicating with the applicants on the status of their interview, next step or sending 'thanks, but no thank you' notifications. The recruiting process was getting more attention when I left the company. This is a very fast pace company that is growing fast with intense focus on financial management.
