      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Alorica (El Paso, TX) in Sep 2015

      Interview

I applied online, HR rep called seemed very interested, played phone tag, set up interview for next business day. Then the rep called the next day to set up phone interview instead. Phone interview was good, we had great rapport, and there was interest on both parts. There was some distance on salary (I have been a stay at home mom for awhile, but have training background and degree), so I was willing to see what offer would be and it was mentioned in interview very low $10 maybe up to $12 per hour. I stated was still interested, HR rep said she would talk with hiring manager and call me about setting up a second interview. She seemed interested in doing that immediately that was a week ago and nothing. I also followed up expressing my interest and have heard nothing which is very unprofessional. My advice: don't sell yourself short, experience and a degree should be worth more than $10/hr and any company that cannot send a generic sorry you didn't get the job/aren't what we're looking for, etc. follow up is probably not very good anyhow.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Alorica (Universal City, TX) in Apr 2016

      Interview

Started out with a phone interview with HR, then I had to have a face to face with the training manager. Once the training manager decided to move forward, I had to present a 15 minute presentation, teaching them something. And if that was successful, I got hired.
