I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Alorica (Magna, UT) in May 2015
Interview
Very few in depth questions. They wanted bodies on the call floor to answer calls. There really wasn't a lot of inquiry. The whole interview probably took less than 15 minutes and most of that was because I had several questions about benefits among other things. The benefits package ask described was decidedly poor but has improved quite a bit in recent months.
