I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSights (New York, NY) in Apr 2025
Interview
first round with HR, then second round with analyst, they have you do a case study before the second round interview but nothing too hard, relatively easy. But hard to move forward as they are looking for a very specific applicant
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
mirror of case study given before the second round
Not too easy it was three rounds- one intro call then case and then behavioral. 20 minute then an hour and another hour. The case is the hardest part of the process.
I applied online. I interviewed at AlphaSights (New York, NY)
Interview
First had a virtual AI interview, then a remote interview with someone from HR. Mostly behavioral questions, and questions testing understanding of AlphaSights and role. Was provided materials about the role and company before interview, and they proved very helpful.
The interview process itself is extremely length. There are three rounds of interviews and the final interview is a "case" study, in which they give you a business problem that a client has and then ask you to find a few experts who can help the client. As I mentioned before, this just means hunting down people on LinkedIn.
