I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSights (Dubai) in Nov 2016
Interview
Video questionnaire to describe how you understand the business, then an interview to get to know you and your future ambitions then a case study, where they assess your analytical skills. Honestly overall it was a smooth interview, I got rejected at the case study stage, (Although I thought I did amazing). They told me the reason for rejection was that I was too analytical for the job (I guess they need someone more qualitative) and that I am better suited for consulting. I honestly respected there reasoning, but would have been much better if they have called me and told me that instead of me contacting and asking for reasons specially after I have finished 3 interviews with them. I instead got an impersonal email and I had to actually contact them to know the reasons for rejection.

1. why I want to move my job
2. what's my long-term goal
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.
