First task is a video assessment with three questions, it takes 10 minutes to complete. You got 1 min to answer for the first two questions, and 1.5mins for the last question.
After you fill in the application, you get an on-demand video interview. It has a variety questions testing your rapid answering skills. You get about 4 days to complete this interview but have to do it in one sitting.

Interview
Very long and lacked professionalism. After reading more on reddit I am unsure that alpha sights is legit. The Interviewer is very kind and chill but I would have expected a more formal process for such a "Professional" "High-End" company. I wore a suit while they were in a t-shirt.
