Reached out to an HR member, applied, and immediately received the first call interview, the second round virtual interview is a case study where they give you a debrief on how their interactions with clients are and see what you do based on what you are given.

Question 1
What do you know about the Alpha Sights business model?
Phone screening was good asked basic questions about strengths, weaknesses, situation, etc. The questions were fairly straightforward and the usual questions asked during a phone interview. Overall a very good experience.
Initial interview screen, basic questions about resume and why you want to go into the field and this type of job, how resume and past experience transfers. Not very hard but not very exciting.

Long, repetitive and a complete waste of my time. They drag you along for legit like 6 weeks, make you do all these different things, the people that I met were majority nice, expect the final interview with a lady that was a POS
