I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSights (London, England) in Jan 2025
Interview
1st interview is a phone call with behavioral questions and for the recruiter to get to know you/about your experience
2nd interview has a take home case (relatively easy, you simulate what you will do in this job: look up experts on LinkedIn following a request from a client). You review this case with Manager, then you have another live case where you say the person that would be ideal for this role and then you have a cold call simulating you're calling an expert. Not too hard but practicing beforehand is good.
3rd interview should be the easiest but it can be the hardest as you're so close (yet so far in my case). The VP you talk to will ask you behavioral questions and try to understand WHY you want to work for AlphaSights. Be sure to know this and be clear of how AS connects to your career path and interests. They don't want you to be interested in being in the company for 1 year, even if the turnover is high in this company. Know this reason and you should be good. Be efficient and swift in your responses as the VP wants to see if you can get your point across smoothly and concisely (like if they were a client or expert). Good luck

Tell me something about you that's not in your resume
Why do you want to join AlphaSights
How does this role in AS connect to your career/
Initial call with a recruiter to gain an insight into the role. This was followed by two subsequent calls with more senior members of staff which entailed more technical questions. A language test also had to be carried out.

Question 1
Describe a situation in which you had to work under pressure.
The interview process was three rounds. Initial screening, one on one interview, I didn't make it past the second round, but there was a final interview with team lead afterward.

Question 1
Role a play a scenario based on the case study you're given.
Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.
