I learned good things during interview. However the person who interviewed me was a bit arrogant about his knowledge but totally I was positive about the process. They were working with many clients around the world but I guess each of those clients would expect different things.

It took 3 minutes to finish the interview. The job was advertised as "incredible opportunity", "long term", "fully remotely". And obviously none of these are correct. Despite freelance role, they ask travel commitment. When I ask how can you request commitment since it's freelance contract, of course interviewer just refused to explain. And the project timeline is 3-4 week, not long term, it's not even considerable as short term.

Technical interview was one of the worst I had, the CTO Oleksandr Budnik unfortunately really lacks soft skills and has an unmatched negative ego that made him interrupt me plenty of times during my interview. He could be the best technical guy there but putting him in front of interviewing people really gives negative look at the company.
