More of a conversation than anything else. Was quite comfortable. Asked about my experience, background, knowledge, and Career interests. Enjoyed every bit of it. The company seems to be a small group of people looking to achieve sustainability.

Positioned in Long Island City, it's a 20 mins' MTA ride from central Manhattan island. The interview was divided into three parts, first up the HR, followed by the boss, and then a peer engineer who was about to do a Masters in MIT. Just so you might have a general picture of what happend. The interview's most important part is definitely the one with the boss. I blew it due to stupidity and light fever. Pay special attention to your understanding of French-accented English before the interview if you've got any issues with it: you might end up sitting there realizing you understood nothing he's talking about.
