A recriiter reached out to me and arranged for an online screening. then arranged for a online technical interview. the interviewer was very nice and helpful, he helped to explain the questions and gave feedback on my interview and what I have go focus on moving forward in my career.

HR questions were more professional technical than the IT Dept representative.
I would have to say their IT Dept is onebof the weakest part of the company. Based on lack of knowledge of the manager.
