Interview
First, I passed a phone interview with a hiring manager, then after a couple of days was invited for a face-to-face interview. The first interview was very easy, questions very basic. For the second interview, I was asked to prepare a homework, create a presentation and write a blog article.
After the second interview, I had to wait quite a while before I got the final answer.

Interview
Applied online about ten times for different roles until one day voila! Got immune to the automated rejetion letters and unanswered emails to HR. I got a call from HR asking me if I am still interested in a certain marketing position that opened up.
A very brief phone interview with HR followed
A week later had a skype interview with the hiring manager.
Offer made within two weeks via email.
