"I was disappointed with my recent interview experience at Amadeus Lab. The interviewer seemed unfamiliar with the concepts they were asking about, which made the conversation challenging and unproductive. They requested a 5-star script, which was not aligned with the job description, and appeared to be searching for questions online during the interview. This lack of preparation and clarity made it difficult for me to showcase my skills and understand the role's requirements. Furthermore, I was asked to attend a face-to-face interview in Bangalore for the third round, and I traveled approximately 300 km for it. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the interview had been rescheduled for the next day. The team showed no concern for the candidate's time and effort, which was discouraging. To make matters worse, the payroll company had assured me that my stay expenses would be reimbursed after the interview. However, I have yet to hear from them regarding reimbursement, and no one has even contacted me to acknowledge my expenses. This lack of follow-through and communication has left a sour taste in my experience with Amadeus Lab. I hope they will take steps to improve their interview process, ensure that interviewers are well-prepared, and show more consideration for candidates' time, travel, and expenses."
