Interview
Very poor. I got sent some time slots in which the interviewer was available, which made it look to me that they did many interviews a day. The interviewer wanted a Skype chat (written, not spoken or video) and just pasted lines from a script, so it wasn't really a conversation - just them pasting lines at me and evading questions I asked. The pay they suggested was absolutely appalling, and I don't understand how they can get anyone in this language pair to work for that. When I mentioned that the pay was too low, the conversation was cut short "ok, bye, thank you for your time.", which to me makes it look like they get that response all the time. They should just start with the wages and save everyone some time...
