The interview process fairly good, got a recuriter call 3 days after application , got a phone interview. after 2 days, Which was quite difficult . I couldn't make to the loop interview.

Describe a time when you identified a problem in a construction project before it escalated. What did you do?
After 3 rounds of interviews for the position I applied for, I had an interview with a team manager, and without context prior, we discusssed a different role altogether.
Disappointed to not have been informed of this different role they had in mind, and I was not prepared to interview for it, let alone know whether I would even be interested.
