Interview
After several phone screens, I was asked to complete a series of questions and to write a document answering one of two questions provided. From there, I was invited to the "loop". During the loop which is onsite, I was interviewed by 7 people each assigned 2 principles to review and assess.

I was asked to tell stories about each of the leadership principles. Come prepared to tell a story about how you have used each.

Test sent out, followed with 4 rounds of interviews split into 2 days, each day - 2 sessions with new interviewer out of management teams, totally consisting of behavioral questions.

Interview
Went to an Amazon career information session at my university. Applied through my university career center and Amazon's website. Was called in for interviews on campus. Prior to the interviews I had to send them an example of my writing style, and sign a letter of confidentiality. Interviews consisted of 2 separate 30 min interviews. The last interviewer congratulated me on going back and getting my MBA at my age. (didn't like the sound of that)
