Uploaded a resume and received an email that I wasn't chosen for a position, which is odd because I had a lot of skills. Then I heard from them several months later that I was approved to work for them.

It was great process with easy user interface and the process was swift and quick where the he department were so humble and soft spoken. I would be happy to take one more interview from Amazon I didnt get through still its best interview process
