Interview
The interview process comprehends: An Excel/SQL Interview, plus a generic interview. The SQl / excel interview will ask you to group and analyze same data that they will sent to you some days in advance, but just the raw data. For SQL, they will ask you some basic principles of SQL, according to which you need to inquery the database and to produce new tables and group columns/data.
The question on them will be displayed on your screen during the online interview. The generic interview instead is based on:
Some practical examples about when have you shared the Amazon principles in your life (work and not only at work). There will be a few competency-based questions focused around the Leadership Principles, which can be found on Amazon careers website.
You have to answer the questions using the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Results) method.
The interview lasts one hour and a half and is recorder. You'll be taking it on the web, following a link they give you. You have exact times to answer to each questions, after that the time expires you can't go back or review anything. You have as much time as you want to read each question. After that, they'll ask you why you thinkyou are a good fit for Amazon and why you have applied to work for them. To do this, you have to download an external provider (SHL) and follow thelink and instructions carefully. the starting time of the interview, will be communicated to you some days in advance.

Very chill and conversational, two 45 min back to back interviews with two different people in different locations. Just behavioral questions, so nothing out of the ordinary. Use the STAR method and everything should be fine.
