I applied on Linkedin. Then, I had to answer different questions on the online assessment. After the assessment, I got a mail about web interview, I had to hold a web interview.

Interview
Several interview levels, expectations for each interview were very clear. The interviewers were also came from a large range of backgrounds at Amazon, not particularly from project management. They also emphasized the Amazon leadership principles.

Straightforward questions on the leadership principles. There were two interviewers, each of them asked three questions. They put me at ease and the questions where all on leadership principles. Suggest to prepare them in advance with the STAR method and then everything will be easy.
