Interview
Initial intervew was approximately 1/2 hour by a recruiter. The recruiter got back to me within a week and then scheduled a day of 6 interviews including the hiring manager and others from a variety of teams. It was a very well-organized and professional process. I enjoyed meeting the various team members who were all energetic and seemed trained in interviewing.

Moves very fast and the recruiter/panel is quick to respond. No new questions, everything from LPs. They also want to know about an AI project and a few financial models you built

Cinco etapas de entrevista. Precisa reservar tempo pra assistir explicação sobre o processo de entrevistas. Impessoal, pouca informacao sobre a vaga e baseado em tecnicas de comunicação. Usam sistema próprio que não funciona direito (mencionado pelo rh que costuma apresentar alguns problemas) e recrutador de mal humor.

Last round was a loop interview of 6 individuals consisting of members of the team, hiring manager, business partners, and bar raisers
