Interview
The whole process consists of three phases: Group Discussion, Case Study, and Personal Interviews. Group Discussion was very general. The case study was based on the current scenario of voice assistance in India. The interview round was based on the case study and prior work experience if any.

Odd since it was all online during the first week of the United States lockdown. People were still getting used to the technical demands of the system. The interview process seemed non continuous.

2 interviews back to back, the first guy i had was very straightforward and to the point, the second guy was very relatable and it was a great experience. They want you to answer every question in the STAR format and implement amazons leadership principles in the interview
